Which one are you?

 

You are a DOER when you are ready to take positive action towards achieving your dream body and achieve your goal.  You are ready to do whatever it takes to get there.  If you are a DOER, then read on and give us a call.  We will start you off on your journey to tranform your body.  A NON-DOER will make all the excuses in the world and continue blaming lack of time, work, family commitments and anything else they can think.......really they are not ready for change.

How to work with us?

 

To work with us, we require you to meet the following criteria:

 

1. Train with us for a MINIMUM 12 weeks at least once per week.

 

2. Depending on how many times per week you are with us, be prepared to do some home work i.e. home workouts for a minimum of 2 days per week.

 

3. Follow our nutrition plan to the letter for the duration you are with us.

 

4. Fill out a food diary during the time you are with us and email it to us weekly.

 

5. Fill and follow your exercise journal and email to us every week.

 

6. Give us 100% effort and 'can do' attitude during the time you are with us.

 

7. Make no excuses as to why you cannot follow our programme.

 

8. Trust and understand that our system works that means no trying out any other system whilst you are with us.

 

9. Accept our payment system i.e. understand that we do not accept 'pay as you go' or hourly rate system.

 

Why the criteria?

 

We only accept clients who are serious about what they intend to achieve.  Every potential client is vetted and we do not accept anyone asking for training.  We want to retain our reputation and we are very serious about coaching and guiding our clients.
